Gentle slope, gentle waves, clean clear water. The Bad: EVERYTHING ELSE No ground transfers, no free shuttle, and no taxi service in town! The ocean view room offered was a view from atop a steep cliff. We had asked if their unit was handicap accessible. To be fair, one of the rooms itself would have been, but not the restaurant, the pool or the beach. The entire place was filthy We were forced to pay much more for a cabin at restaurant/pool/beach level (at 72 and a disabled Vet I’d never make it up and down that cliff all day/night). What we got was a black moldy shower, toothpaste spatter on the mirror, an ant farm in the bath drain, and a water leak by the toilet. The air-conditioning did come on but didn’t do much. The bed was old and creaky. A really long, uncomfortable night. At 5 am the kitchen crew sounded reveille over the PA system. Honest. Drums banging, music playing. Singing. At 5 in the morning. Really? The inmates are clearly running the asylum. From a distance the swimming pool looks great but up close it was was nasty. Dirty inside and out. Vacuuming equipment lying on the pool deck, unused. The cleanout port in the pool coated with furry scum-unopened for how long? Water level a full foot below the skimmers. Circulation pumps can run how? Nasty. Many sun loungers around the pool, all in disrepair. No cushions to be found. No loungers on the beach at all. Weeds overtaking the steps and walkways to the beach. Beliggenheden er fantastisk, hvis man ønsker ro og afslapning - stranden er dejlig og uforstyrret og hotellet er smukt integreret i naturen. Hätten wir gewusst, dass es mehr als 50 km mit dem Taxi sind, hätten wir sicherlich anders entschieden. Es gibt allerdings täglich einen koloHotelbus von und nach Nha Trang. Diese Option haben wir dann auf dem Rückweg genutzt. Das Hotel liegt abgelegen an einem schönen weißen Sandstrand. Durch die Lage und die wenigen Hotelgäste war der Strand fast leer. Die Anlage wurde mit roten Backsteinen gebaut und verteilt sich über einen Park. Eine schöne Architektur die geschmackvoll in die Landschaft integriert wurde. Leider wird das Hotel völlig dilettantisch geführt. Das Personal ist ungelernt und völlig führungslos. Junge, schüchterne Mitarbeiter die kein Wort englisch sprechen. Das Essen und Trinken ist relativ teuer, was in dieser Lage noch nicht mal so schlimm wäre. Es schmeckte allerdings schlechter als in jedem vietnamesischen Straßenrestaurant. Dazu kommt, dass die Anlage insgesamt sehr ungepflegt ist. Der Schwimmungpool, die Liegen, Polster, Toiletten ... alles in einem schlechten Zustand. Der einzige Lichtblick war der junge Mann an der Rezeption. Er sprach englisch und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Der Hotelmanager pendelt zwischen einem Hotel in Nha Trang und dem Wild Beach. Auf der gemeinsamen Rückfahrt nach Nha Trang habe ich ihn auf die Mißstände hingewiesen. Er hat sich für das Feedback bedankt. Ob es etwas bringt ??? Went to the restaurant and waited 15 minutes before being served while 3 girls were sitting talking. They offered setting up tables outside for diner for 180k VN and said that there is 80k charge for service per person. We had no service at all, had to go upstairs to ask for ice (30k charge) ourselves and after 20 minutes waiting we went upstairs and they were all sitting talking again and it seemed like we were bothering them. WORST PART is at that time, the waitress told us that she charges 50k every time she goes up and down the stairs. That's when we all laughed at her and told her to give us the bill. We did expressed our intention to leave and they didn't seem to care at all. We are not very hard when it comes to expectations but this hotel is the worst one we ever been too. Минусов много. Завтраки ужасные, хлеб и два яйца и еще умудряются или то или другое "забыть" принести. Сначала садятся завтракать сами всей сменой, а люди ждут их пол часа в недоумении. Кругом отельные собаки, с детьми там просто опасно находиться. Кидаются, пугают, персоналу плевать. Рядом вообще ничего нет, даже воды не купить и отель нагло этим пользуется. Цены в ресторане ломят по полной. Пиво 0,33 по 45.000 продают, рис 75.000, потом еще 15% надбавки сверху в счет впишут. Нормально пообедать легко в миллион выходит. Мужчины на стойке регистрации абсолютно бесполезны, покивают тебе и положат на тебя. If you want to chill and escape this is the place. One of the nicest beaches I have ever swam in. BUT if your for adventure there is almost nothing to do. We booked for 4 nights but only stayed 2 as we didn't want to over chill. Hot water was not so Hot but not bad. Other people say the food not good but we were happy. BUT do not book food inclusive. Set menu not buffet and first meal was spaghetti bolegnese! We refused it and changed no problems. People report no English speaking staff but now is ok. Great and helpful. If you want to escape and chill out. The did almost not speak any English and they forgot our orders many times. It's a great getaway from the main Nha Trang city and the beach was beautiful! It was the best beach we found during our time in Nha Trang.
