Villa Information:  
\- Area: 500m2  
\- 4 bedrooms, 5WC + 1 karaoke room + living room + kitchen  
\- The villa is fully equipped with facilities such as: a garage, swimming pool, and a large garden with an outdoor dining table.  
\- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, BBQ oven... to organize a home party.  
  
The Room rate includes:  
\- 10 bottles of 500ml complimentary water.  
\- Free use of swimming pool and in-room facilities.  
\- Provide housekeeping, sweeping, and mopping services.  
  
Regulations:  
\- Maximum guest: 8 adults + 4 children.  
\- Additional surcharge: 400.000 VNĐ /adult, 200.000 VNĐ /child  
\- In the case of cleaning a lot, washing dishes is surcharged 300.000 VNĐ \~ 500.000 VNĐ  
\- Property deposit: 3 million VNĐ (when checking out, the furniture is free of charge and will be returned)  
\- Guests checking in should bring identification to check-in.
