Very clean room and toilet. Efficient laundry service. Location is very convenient to go to the beach, night markets, seafood eateries, tour for island hopping and Vinpearl. Its about 3 blocks from from lots of restaurant, shopping and spa options, with a few nearby. The room was very clean, though the shower door did not have a proper seal and did leak quite a bit (we just angled the shower nozzle to help avoid it). The bed is huge, though I found the pillows to not be the most comfortable. The balcony is a nice touch, but request a room on a higher floor if you are wanting a view of the ocean (we had the 3rd floor, and it wasn't quite high enough to see over the trees). The hotel is on a busy street, but I didn't find the traffic noise to be a bother at night. The breakfast leaves much to be desired for North American tastes, but there was always rice and pho that was good. After a few days, we just decided to eat else where as its inexpensive. The pool on the 17th floor is a nice treat, however is in the shade come the afternoon. The water is not heated, but its a comfortable temperature. Beach towels provided by the hotel which is great. Breakfast options okay.
