The hotel was located in a good place. Easy to find places to eat, markets beach. Did't like it was the Tet holiday and a lot of things were closed.

This is our second stay at Rosaka.It is not very old.The staff are very nice.The receptionist Diem was lovely.Bed very comfortable,Breakfast was ok but not as good as previous stay also at our previous stay the hotel manager was very good checked with the guests to see if all was good but this time we didn’t know who the manager was.Excellent little roof top swimming pool.Fitness room well equipped.Unfortunatly bigger hotels are now blocking some sea views.Good location

The property was very clean. As soon as we arrived the staff on reception were very polite and upgraded our room to the suite without us even asking which was lovely. The hotel itself is in a great location and they have a roof top pool. The only reason I would not give this 5 stars is because the pool is very small (which we knew before booking) and there was no sun after 2/3pm because of the way it is designed. But overall an excellent stay!

Great area, but a bit noisy.
I did throughly enjoy my stay here at the rosaka. The staff were great and friendly. The pool was lovely and a sun trap. The views from rooftop pool/bar were amazing. Only downside we were facing the road and low down so it was rather loud during the morning. Good area for a few bars restaurants.

With out a doubt, the best hotel I’ve stayed at while in Vietnam. The facilities, staff and breakfasts were better than expected. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Nha Trang. This was my second visit and when I go again to Nha Trang I wouldn’t stay anywhere but here. I’m an American currently living in Phoenix, Arizona, who is on a spiritual journey to clear my heart and sole from my time as a soldier during the 1970s. A difficult journey for me, but made so much easier by my stay here.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We were very happy with the hotel and pleasant staff. The only negative was that when we left to go to the airport the taxi fare wasn’t negotiated do we paid a lot more than anticipated.

This was my second stay at the Rosaka Nha Trang, and once again, everything was fine. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and nice, and still look new. The gym is adequate and the breakfast buffet is reasonably good. The location is very good, the beach is nearby and restaurants, bars, shops, massage, and other amenities are close by, as well. Staff are friendly. Recommended for all travelers visiting Nha Trang.

NIce Hotel but Room to Improve
What was good: The hotel kindly upgraded our room to help celebrate our anniversary. This was much appreciated along with all the special touches of roses and petals. The pool - it was clean with a nice view, small and able to get crowded when busy and the rinsing showers didn't work. The room was clean, well appointed and bed comfortable. Overall a sense of luxury. Not so good: Noisy at night with banging doors from the neighbours Breakfast selection only ok and the restaurant had absolutely no atmosphere but lots of loud Chinese coughing and spitting - hard to escape Overall a very nice hotel in very busy and grubby city - provided us an escape from it all.

We loved our stay at Rosaka, having stayed for 7 nights we got a real good view of the property and it’s functions. The pool and bar area was great, however, what you see in photos isn’t exactly what you get - as there are now high rises in front of the building blocking the view of the ocean. The buffet breakfast was good too, room comfort was great. The only downside was even on the 12th floor we could hear ALL the noises of the busy main streets. As for the staff, they were wonderful, however we didn’t appreciate on our last two days seeing a staff member behind the bar cutting theirs toenails next to the fruit used in the cocktails, and another staff member eating from the buffet breakfast behind the counter. Otherwise, we thought it was great - good location!

The staff are ready to help at any given moment when called/seek after! They get together to greet us every time we walk in the door, they made us feel like we were more than just normal guests! The place is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great!! They even upgraded my suite when I arrived! Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, I will return here for my next visit in Nha Trang!

The best hotel of our 3 week tour of Vietnam and make so amazing because of the staff every day we had contact with them asking questions and some favours and every time they bend over backwards for us and always wentbtye extra mile I would recommend this hotel on the staff alone breakfast was lovely and the pool was nice and you can watch the sunset from the back of the top floor we were also put in a room with the bestest bed I’ve slept in.

Great staff, great room and facilities!
All staff speak good English and were very accommodating. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Easy and cheap to hire a motorbike to see the sights that are too far to walk to.

Comfortable stay with great staff
Had a nice 3 night stay in a family room. Good size, clean and great service from all staff especially the manager and Mr Tom who greets guests at breakfast. Wide spread of food to eat at breakfast and has some western options and mainly Asian varieties to choose from. We got upgraded which was lovely however the family rooms face the street and can be noisy at night. There was a musty/ mouldy smell in the first room we were allocated but that was sorted out by the manager and the next room was better. Location is not on the beach but close enough for a 5 min walk. Lots of restaurants to choose from on the same road and the hotel travel desk was very helpful. we booked Vinpearl through them for the same price as entry tickets and were also given 5% off voucher for I-resort.

Great motel in Nha Trang, right amongst everything. The beach is nice and close as well. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast had a huge range of options and was delicious. The room was clean and the bed was huge and comfy. Due to the typhoon the pool & gym were out of order but that’s something that couldn’t be helped. Was a fantastic stay, thank you!

Excellent Hotel with perfect customer service
Customer service: Upon check in, front desk greet us with bright smile and walk us through on how to tour around the city. Really appreciate the honeymoon decoration for me and my my wife. One thing is probably the English fluency of the front desk officer. Location: Location is good, within the city centre and walking distance to everywhere. Booked a private car to airport at VND 300,000 and rent a motorbike at daily charges of VND 120,000 Breakfast: Breakfast serve range of foods that suit both eastern and western travellers and the menu is constantly changing on daily basis, hence won't feel bored if you stay for couple of days.

Beautiful hotel with caring and friendly staff
Rosaka is a beautiful hotel. It is a short walking distance to the beach and close to the shops and eating places. The breakfast has a great varieties of food to choose from the Eastern to the Western food. The management of the hotel and staff are caring and friendly. They have a good preparation and organisation for the storm during my stay there. I feel less frightening and luckily, the storm was just passing by. And I have a wonderful holiday there.

Great stay with a few minor issues.
Great room, except other patrons nearby insisted on smoking for the duration of our stay. The hotel also denied access to a lot of facilities (understandably due to the recent typhoon) but this was not notified until our arrival. An alternative pool was made available next door but we didn’t feel comfortable walking between buildings. Appreciated the early check in.
