We love the decor throughout the hotel is tastefully done in authentic Vietnamese way. The staff at the reception and restaurant are incredible. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an iced cold drink & towels while sitting on the comfy chairs in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are attentive, they constantly checked on us while clearing out dishes and offered to refill our coffee. The Sen Spa service is professional & the space is clean, the ladies are checking on the strength of their pressure, asking if we want to have less or more. In particular, we want to give a shout out to Eri - the nice lady with perfect English at the front desk, who helped us with the check in/out and making a last minute ground transport for us to the airport.
