We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, one being a King-bed and the other twin beds. One room was fine. The other, we were given a twin room with 2 queen beds and the person told us that we can only use ONE bed and not touch the other !!! We did not want to make a fuss and find this really ridiculous. Hope Hotels.com can take this up with the proprietor and allocate suitable rooms for all guests in the future. Unfortunately we soon noticed the bed was very uncomfortable, and we had the room next door to ours start construction work at 2am!!! It was so loud and woke up me and my partner and we had to tell them to stop. I understand that the hotel is still new but no guest should wake up to super loud construction in the room next door at 2am. I was then awake for 2 hours. Overall if you want to know you’re going to sleep comfortably I would book somewhere else, we were really let down. We then also woke up to realize the shower was very cold.
