Any rooms with no windows could be ONLY use as a storage rooms or stairs or elevators or fire escape hydrant etc. In the future as an agency for any accommodation purpose rooms with no windows should not be advertised. We have had a filling like we are sleeping in the tunnel or bunker trapped inside like the animals. Personaly I will never ever accept any more this type of accommodation. Right across from the beach. The staff are wonderful. The buffet breakfast was amazing ant the hotel is right in the middle of all of the action in Nha Tran. The room were given was tiny - literally not enough room to walk around the beds. When I pointed out I had paid for a superior room I was advised that my room was superior. This affected our stay as I could have saved $250.00 for standard room. The hotel itself is in a great location and the reception staff were fantastic and lovely girls. However the major problem with this hotel was the restaurant which was horrible. The included breakfast was bad. Cold greasy food, warm milk, and a huge variety of really bad food. Over our 4 day stay I think we gave everything a go and there was not one thing that any of us enjoyed. The fact that the whole dining area needed a good clean and the staff were miserable dos not help. the first day we went to the roof top pool we could not get out of elevator because there were piles of dirty towels all through the entrance.
