I am an avid Expedia user and book most of my stays on here, but this was a huge disappointment! The pictures and reviews seemed good to me...until I arrived. I traveled with a group of 11 and we had booked 3 two-bedroom apartments. When we first arrived, the lobby was hot and extremely packed. There were 3 (slow) elevators for a building of 40+ floors?! It took about 20 minutes to just get in one-it was so full I'm surprised it didn't get stuck. Finally made it to the 37th floor and checked into one of the apartments, only to be welcomed by the smell of stale and to find one of the bedrooms with a huge leak and the whole bed was soaked. There was also what seemed to be mold on the ceiling of the living room? The other bedroom had a nice view of the beach, but had stains on the sheets. I was disgusted :( There was no way I could stay there and sadly just took the loss in what we've paid and ended up booking the Sheraton down the street. I don't know if we just got a bad batch of rooms, but I won't be taking another chance staying here.
