Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We are a group of 4 ladies and a girl. At first, we did not look carefully at the policy and did not contact the host before coming so the 3 bed room apartment we booked were sold and we had to take the 2 bed room apartment. However, the owner refunded the balance so it was not too bad. Please pay attention on this.
The location was good. Walkable distance to the beach. There were a few food stalls on the street surrounded. There was convenient store and coffee shop too. The pool was not free of charge as it belong to Muong Thanh hotel not the apartment area so you have to pay 60k/person.
The pictures were not like what the reality was.
The apartment was normal, with normal furniture. Bedrooms are small and not well ventilated because windows were small too. There was only one room with ocean view. Toiletries were too poor, toilets were not so clean. The draining system had some defaults and water could not drain well. There was bad smell from the basement to even our toilets. It might come from the septic tank system. It was very smelly even our apartment was higher than 20th floor.
Kitchen amenities were poor and mugs were dirty with stains on them. The fridge was smelly even it was nothing in it. There was a washing machine but very few clothes hangers.
The basement for car park was smelly from the septic tank. It was not free to park there, 50k/time. But you can leave your car on the street if you are okay with that.
