7.2/10 Good! (85 reviews)
There was smelt bad at lobby. I don’t think this property is a hotel Because it’s small and tiny. The bathroom was leaking so the floor was wet. The pillow cases have some yellow stained. The towels are old. There are three pairs of flip flop were so dirty and black. Also there was a fly in the room too. Poor hotel.

The room was clean and new. The location is convenient. There is very little support from staff - we had to wait 30 mins to check in, and 30 minutes for someone to come and checkout even though they told us to give them a heads up before check out.

"Overall, we had a good stay at Lumi Hotel during our visit to Ho Chi Minh City. The property was nice, and the location was convenient for exploring the city, shopping, and dining.
