Even though there was a problem with the dates we booked aligning with their schedule, Catherine Cruises went above and beyond to ensure we were on an equally luxurious cruise ship with another company to suit our schedule. And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! "The pool and gym at the top do not have any sort of air conditioning—poor air circulation so it can feel like a sauna. The pool area has some tiles that are slippery when wet—dangerous choice of flooring. From the pool, the door to go to the bathrooms is locked so you have to walk all the way around ..."
