Bei Ankunft schon die Ernüchterung, Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs gegen Voranmeldung. Bei der Beschreibung in Expedia war nur die Wellnessbehandlung (sprich hierunter fallen normal Massagen etc) angesprochen, was ja üblich ist. Weder an der Rezeption noch die versandte E-Mail brachte Erfolg, dass sich das Hotel dem Problem annahm. Dann...

"Hotel still felt brand new like it did 13 years ago when I previously stayed here. Very clean, spacious & comfortable. Buffet breakfast was brilliant. The only negatives was the lack of any English language channels on the TV, and also there was no mention of my Expedia VIP reward by the staff. But all in all it’s a really great hotel."

Matrace na spani byly docela tvrde, gauc by potreboval vycistit a atrakce pro deti na zahrade byly v naprosto desnem stavu ! Deti byly zklamane. Hodnotila bych jako prumer."
