"My husband kept referring to Riggins as a one horse town. This is incorrect as there are probably more horses than people in this podunk. The room was on the verge of being dated, but comfy and clean enough. Given the rest of the town, it was a modern miracle. The view overlooking the river and mountains is spectacular and they provide cookies and milk to guests at 7PM which is a nice touch. My daughter slept on the pull-out sofa which greatly needs to be updated and wouldn't be comfortable to anyone over 11 years or 65 lbs. Bar city. But she slept sideways so it worked out for us."

"This was our halfway point to Glacier National Park. Our gps took us a back way to this hotel and we were super nervous. It’s in the middle of nowhere and it’s pitch black out there at night with lots of deer. When we got there, the gal at the desk was very nice and helpful. Checked in with no issues. Nothing fancy, but our room was comfortable and welcome after 12 hours of driving! The breakfast was more than we thought it’d be which was great because there wasn’t much on the road the next day for hours!"

"I loved the large, nicely decorated rooms as well as the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. I wasn’t particularly fond of the breakfast arrangement which involved driving to an affiliated restaurant. The food was very good but the place was very busy and service was not very quick because of that."
