Usually wear and tear on the facility. Super disappointing that the pool was down for maintenance and we didn't know until check.in. there should be a small discount when advertised amenities are not available

Overall it was worth the quick stay. Check in was easy, I just called and the onsite lady met me at the office. The room was clean, recently remodeled, no bugs. It did lack toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap) there was a small single use body wash. The people who hung around the inn were questionable but it was overall safe with no issues. Plenty of parking.

"Staff at check-in was unfriendly. She acted as if we were putting her out. Lodge has two stories with no elevator. We were on second floor and it was a hassle dragging bags upstairs. Nice view outback."
