Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Vi anlände sent på kvällen när det var mörkt, då var det svårt att hitta rätt, dåligt skyltat. Efter några dagar fick vi problem med att strömmen gick och märkte efter ett tag att det var varmvattenberedaren som gått sönder och droppade vatten ner i köksfläkten. Fick stänga av inkommande vatten. Försökte ringa numret som stod i stugan, men kom bara till en telefonsvarare. Ringe huvudkontoret men det var utanför öppettiderna. Det fanns ett SOS nummer som skulle användas i nödfall, vi ansåg inte att detta var fara för liv o hälsa, så vi ringde inte det numret. Vi fick avbryta vår resa två dagar tidigare o boka om hemresan, eftersom vi inte hade något vatten i stugan. När vi till slut fick tag på någon och förklarade problemet sa de att jag skulle ringt SOS nummer. Vi fick ingen ersättning för missade dagar eller ombokning. Tycker det var dåligt.
