"Nice hotel great location super nice staff but the hotel is a little outdated needs some remodeling. Like our room had the old bathtub with curtains in the shower and it was a kind of tall so my mom couldn’t get in to the tub to take a shower. Overall experience was good but for that reason I don’t think we will go back again."

"Beautiful gardens and sitting areas. Rooms were clean and well appointed with Aveda products. Easy parking and the restaurant/pub just across the street had great food. Pool and hot tub looked clean and well maintained. Floors and beds were done daily and our room smelled fresh each day when we came back. Nice muffins and a coffee tea and juice bar every morning!! Will stay there again next time we are exploring the area!"

"The location is the best thing going for this hotel. The food at the bar was just ok. Was not impressed and the service was slow. The rooms are dark and outdated. They really need an upgrade. The staff we dealt with were great though and very friendly and helpful. "

"30 minutes to the airport. Central to downtown or park royal. Right next to a major bus hub. Staff are always Great. Rooms are updated enough and well kept where they have not been updated. Lots of secure parking. I've never had a single complaint about my stays. "
