Spacious holiday home on a large natural plot

  • The house measures 163 m² and was built in 1901. It has been continuously renovated, most recently in 2020. There is plenty of space for the whole family in the spacious kitchen-diner or in the large living room with dining area.



    Outside, you can enjoy the 5,600 m² plot surrounding the house. There are terraces with garden furniture on both sides of the house, and the terrace facing the garden is covered. The garden offers swings, a trampoline, a fire pit, and a nearby forest where children can explore and build dens.



    Both Nexø and Balka Beach are within easy reach, making the house ideal for a family holiday on Bornholm. Nexø offers shopping, mini golf, restaurants, and more.

Meget dejligt hus med privatliv, fred og ro trods kun 5 minutters kørsel til hyggelige Nexø. Alt har fungeret, og vi har ikke manglet noget. Vi ville absolut leje det en anden gang. Vi var fem voksne, men huset ville også egne sig til en børnefamilie, da haven indbyder til leg. Vi nøjedes med at nyde dyrelivet… harer, rådyr, egern, fasaner og en mængde sangfugle.
