Overall good stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection at bar and ample parking space. Comfortable bedding. Rooms and bathrooms could do with some makeover, cleaning and maintenence (patches on walls, spiders and cobwebs)

Great hotel
Great hotel - food in the bar exceptionally good. Very friendly, efficient reception staff. A great place to explore the surrounding area - loads of places to visit like Castle Ward, Mount Stewart all of the Ards Peninsula - and of course, Newtownards itself is a great shopping town.

Very convenient for the town centre and travelling around the costal towns. There is also a shopping Mall next to it which is good for rainy days. Also a cinema. The hotel has a good restaurant to have your meals at night and good on site parking. This is the second year we have stayed there.
