Two bedrooms with one full bath. Full kitchen to prepare breakfast so you can get to slopes quickly. Also is a great spot to stop by while on the slopes for a lunch. Ski in ski out condo. There is a heated outdoor pool at North Peak. This condo sleeps 8 with the pull out sofa in the living area. Be right where all of the action is. Park your car and enjoy your stay right at the mountain. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00\. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. \~Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee. But I had brought Clorox wipes and was glad I wiped it down. Other than that, great location and great price.
