This updated condo is a great spot even for the non-skier. Comfortable living room for all to sit and enjoy watching a movie by the fireplace. Kitchen has been nicely updated with well appointed appliances. Easy access to condo and to the trails. This building is right next to pool building. Come and enjoy all that Sunday River and the whole area has to offer. Rental ski locker to store your outdoor items. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00\. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. \~Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee. Most appreciated was the completeness of the kitchen with plenty of extra dishes/glasses/pans, etc. for cooking. The little extras of plastic wrap, sugar, spices, etc. kept our stay running smoothly.
