Some of the best trail access offered right from this building. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Living room offers a gas fireplace. Sitting by the fireplace is the perfect spot to be after a long day on the slopes. One bedroom has a king size bed. The other bedroom is the bunk room with two sets of bunks. Full bath. There is a ski locker for renters use. Also coin operated washers and dryers in the building. North Peak also offer an outdoor heated pool. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00\. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. \~Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
