Large than average, 4 bedroom, 3 shower room, house.
2 minute walk from 2 fantastic beaches, park the car & leave it for the week!
Far enough from Newquay town to be relaxed but only 15min walk away.
Lusty Glaze was voted beach of the year by Sunday Times. Great restaurant, bar & beach activities.
Porth beach is large, interesting & safe perfect for children.
Both beaches are have RNLI lifeguards during main sessions.

Great house and great location a++++

The house is even better than the pictures. There were eight of us and plenty of space. Loved the various outdoor areas and the open plan living space meant we could all spend quality time together playing games and eating. Luxurious bedding and high end bathroom facilities. Laundry room was handy. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was great. Visit Porth beach which is easy accessible for older people. Open air bus to Padstow was fun and popup cocktail bar at top of Lusty Glaze does great mojitos. Best beach in town was Tolcarne and best restaurant was Boathouse overlooking the harbour, can't book so get there early. Overall, fabulous holiday.

Newquay short break

Very spacious house. Interior maintenance poor...Broken blinds, rear patio door would not open, Hob/ovens need a professional deep clean, entrance mat filthy{try washing machine).
