Newport Performing Arts Theater

The room did not have a fridge, there was no kettle or beverage glass to accompany the provided bottled water which was supplied in the room. The dental kit was supplied, but the soap amenities was very minimal. The towels: no floor mat/towel was provided, nor hand towel or face towel either - only a bath towel was provided. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the room was spacious and came with a work desk. The aircon was nice and cold and worked well. Staff provided excellent customer service.

This is my second stay/review of the property. My first 3 nights stay, the staff were great, helpful and professional However, my second stay was not as good because when I was calling the front desk/reception nobody was answering the phone it took awhile for some to pick up. I was looking for my belt that I left the first time I checked in. The person who answered the phone said she’ll find out and call me back but she never did. I called the operator instead and spoke to a certain Harley, I think that’s his name and he was the one who was able to help/found the belt I was looking for. The guy from the housekeeping brought it up to my room. I was glad and thankful. However, I/we had the same problem with the room service food we ordered, it was not very good. Again, I’m suggesting for a new Chef.
