Fun, Funky, Modern 1900 apt filled with cozy character. Renovated December 2019\. Located 4 min walking from the beginning of Thames St. or walk 10 mins to Broadway, the new "hipster hot spot" filled with shops, restaurants, bars and coffee joints. 5 mins from bridge. Very large full bathroom, brand new fully stocked kitchen, new appliance, quartz countertops. Decorated with art by local artist with a minimal, clean, coastal vibe in mind.

April 1-Nov 1 3 night min on weekends
This home is pet-friendly, however, there's going to be a $350 pet fee. Also, please know that the maximum pets allowed per stay is 2 and is subject for approval. If you are bringing a pet you must let us know prior to your stay and your pet shall never be left unattended in the property.
