Located on the top floor towards the back of the building, this two-bedroom Loft features an open floor plan and modern furnishings to make you feel right at home. This lovely Loft is situated in the center of all the action, allowing its guests a connection to the lively energy, activity and undeniable charm that Newport offers. Enjoy being just steps away from bars and restaurants, nightlife, and Newport Harbor. \*\*\*Cancellation Policy\*\*\* Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. This place was amazing. The photos and description are spot on. You can’t beat the location. Right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. We parked in the two appointed spots for the unit and didn’t need to drive anywhere. You can walk to everything easily. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom which was perfect. We didn’t need to contact the owner because all instructions are easy to follow. The apartment was lovely, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. I do wish the 3rd bedroom had a door and a regular bed in it instead of an old standard "bar in your back" sofa bed. It seems a waste of a room. But we made things work and had no issues. Check-in and parking were a breeze and the elevator was a must-have for luggage and for our disabled family member. Everything you’d need in the kitchen, well decorated, all bedrooms had comfortable beds, TVs and their own bathrooms! Only negative was it can be loud because it’s located right on Thames St. It didn’t bother the heavy sleepers in our group and earplugs helped the rest! The location was great for walking anywhere you want to go easily and the parking was next to the building - easy! The only thing that was somewhat challenging was the noise level. Being on the corner of hopping night life, it was very loud late at night (weekend). But more annoying was the noise from the unit next door, where actual words and conversation can be heard clearly through the shared skylight. This was heard at breakfast time and at night when the people came home. Never out of control, but if you are looking for a quiet get away this is not the spot for you. If you want to be in the action this location is perfect, which worked great for us. ##### Mary F. Nice space, but nothing like the pictures where I was told I would be staying. Fuse for the frig had to be switched at least 5 times a day. Sometimes tricky to access the unit itself. ##### Susan P.
