  • This charming home is located on Franklin Street and in the heart of Downtown Newport. While enjoying your stay you can appreciate the convenience of being centrally located and just steps away from all the activity of Thames Street, Bannisters Wharf, Bowen’s Wharf, Newport’s finest restaurants and vibrant waterfront, shopping, historical sites, and nightlife. A great spot to take advantage of all Newport has to offer. Steps away from the Red Parrot, Midtown Oyster Bar, Clarke Cooke House, The Mooring Restaurant and too many more to list

    Second floor offers a comfortable living room with sleeper sofa and smart T.V. Dining area with seating for 6 and half bath for guests to share. Kitchen offers the convenience of all basic amenities and includes a breakfast nook with additional seating for six. Master bedroom includes a queen size bed and ensuite bath with double vanity and shower.

    First floor offers 1 additional bedroom with full sized beds and French doors to beautiful patio.

    Outdoor space offers enclosed patio with table and seating for 6.

    A/C window units are installed in the windows April- October. Wifi available throughout the home. Fresh linens, bedding, and toiletries provided.
