Storm-watch haven with sweeping Bay, Bridge & South Jetty waterfront views

Charming waterfront TWO STORY townhome with gorgeous views of the bay and bridge. Make your Newport getaway special in this charming townhome on the bay.

Master bedroom, master bath, kitchen and living room are upstairs. There is a total of fifteen stairs from the main entrance to the main living area. Garage, guest bedroom, guest bathroom and laundry room are located on the main level.

Just south of the bridge, within walking/biking distance of South Beach State Park and jetty, Oregon Coast Aquarium and Rogue Brewery as well as Newport Public Fishing Pier. Newport’s Historic Bayfront is only a little over a mile away and offers many restaurants, specialty shops, and up-close and personal look at the Sea Lions. Yaquina Bay Lighthouse is also a little over a mile across the bridge where you can catch beautiful panoramic views from the top and check out the tidepools at the water’s edge during low tide.

Revel in the lovely views of the bay and bridge and get comfortable in the living room, which boasts a striking orange sectional, wood floors, and plentiful natural light. This property was well stocked with all the things you would have at home- dishes, pans, towels, blankets- everything! Beautiful view of the bay and bridge. Easy access to walking trail and close to the marina for fishing and crabbing. We enjoyed our time there and would choose this place again.

I can’t sing enough praises about this home and Colleen, the owner. She has at least two of everything imaginable in the gourmet kitchen. The bedroom arrangement is perfect for two couples. One comfortable bedroom with en-suite bath is upstairs and the other downstairs with a full bath and private sitting area. The living and dining spaces are comfortable, cozy, well designed and welcoming. It is impeccably clean, the view is to die for. This was the 4th time we’ve stayed in Colleen’s home and have already booked for next year. This home is a gem on the Oregon Coast.

Nice Getaway

Stayed here for the Newport Resolution Run. What a great location and house. Great views of the bay and bridge. House was very clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

My family was born and raised in Newport and this property is like coming home. The communication is amazing and the property is beautiful. This place was the most comfortable, clean and well equipped of all the places we stayed over two weeks in California and Oregon. Plenty of room for myself and two young adult children. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need to prepare any meal - and the host was very responsive and helpful.
