The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double and a mezzanine family room with double and twin, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a sloped garden with a lawn and picnic bench, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 2.8 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.6, a pub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Cot and highchair available. Enjoy a tranquil stay at Tŷ Mellen with panoramic mountain top views out to sea. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside the property due to grazing sheep. Note: There is a farm lane/track leading up to the property that passes through three gates. Note: There are sloped ceilings and beams in the twin bedroom, please take care. Note: Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am. Note: The mezzanine twin beds are best suited to children. Please Note - Dogs accepted by special permission due to working farm and if permitted they must be kept on a lead at all times. Note:Extra wood is available for the woodburner at an additional cost. Please note for the 5th July 2025 ONLY check out time will be 9am
