This light and airy one bedroom, ocean front condo is perfectly located in the Nye Beach District of Newport. This neighborhood is known for its bohemian vibe with plenty of restaurants, shops, galleries, and live entertainment all within walking distance! You will enjoy your time in this artfully laid out condo on the first floor of the building. Nye Beacon's living/dining area is comfortable and will have you relaxing as you gaze at the ocean. Whip up a wonderful meal as you enjoy the ocean view, even from the kitchen! Down the hall is the primary bedroom with a comfy king bed and ensuite bath. There is a second bath in the hallway. A murphy bed is in the living room for an additional sleeping option. With ocean views from the living room and the front deck, you will be sure to enjoy the sights, sounds, and fresh ocean smells of the sea. The beach access is just down the street where you can enjoy a day of beach combing or dipping your toes in the waves. We love how this condo is a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, a wonderful ice cream shop, and art galleries. The front room overlooks the ocean and with the large windows and balcony the view is breathtaking. Our only real challenges were that we found the bed a bit too soft and people shot off fireworks on the beach just in front of the condo very late over the 4th and 5th of July, but the property was great, and we'd actually stayed in the exact condo the year prior, so we were happy to stay there again. ##### Carie W. Even in the cold and wet, the view is great and you are a short walk from multiple restaurants. Also. when the sun peeks out, you are close enough to the beach to zip down there and take advantage. If you're looking for incredible views and easy beach access, this is the place! The condo itself was very clean and accommodating. We could walk to restaurants/shops in just minutes. Sweet Homes (management company) made the entire rental process super easy with great communication. During our stay, we recommended the condo to friends and they booked a weeks stay.
