It is professionally managed by Vacation Newport. It offers guests an experience like none other, including private access to a large rooftop deck that boasts sweeping views of Newport Harbor and the Newport Pell Bridge. It features three bedrooms (1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds). All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and ensuite bathrooms. There is a gourmet kitchen accented by granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and it comes fully stocked with cookware. Additionally, this property features two living areas, both with flat screen televisions and one with a queen-sized sofa bed. A stone fire place adorns the upper level's living room making it a cozy place to admire the stunning views of Newport Harbor. There is in home laundry machines and off street parking for two vehicles. (Additional parking may be available, but not guaranteed.)\*\*\*Cancellation Policy\*\*\*Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. We loved that it was right in the middle of everything in downtown. Parking lot was also large. However, we had a lot of ants in the kitchen and also in one of our bathrooms upstairs. Loved the location; close enough to walk to downtown but not in the heart of it.The access door to our roof from the condo wouldn't work and the management company sent someone very quickly. It was perfect for a girl's weekend - 3 bathrooms were super helpful. The place is very well appointed, beautifully decorated and lots of lounge space, including two sitting areas inside (one up and one downstairs), two balcony sitting area areas and a rooftop deck. This property was very clean and the check-in and checkout processes were extremely easy. I had to call the property manager/host two times and they picked up right away to help us with our questions. Great location on Thames Street as well. We walked to dinner and to all of the shops. Even had coffee for the Keurig! We were on the top floors so we had to climb 2 and 3 flights of stairs numerous times a day (and 4 if we spent time on the roof!) but worth it.
