This home is lovely and welcoming. The location is perfect and we enjoyed two excellent meals in town and admired all the mansions. This is our 2nd time staying at this property and it is just perfect for our needs. We were 5 adults and had plenty of room. Location is perfect... Walkable to everything but still quiet at night. My husband, 2 adult sons, Boston Terrier and I had a lovely weeklong stay! The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and cozy. Great location -- easy to get everywhere either walking or on our bikes. We had everything we needed in the apartment, and Matt was always responsive and accommodating. Despite the unlucky rainy weather, we had a great time! ##### Elizabeth F. The unit was close to downtown, easy to walk to. The apartment was so neat, clean and updated. Nice touch to have coffee, sugar, 1/2 and 1/2\. Just wish there was better parking. The streets were extremely crowded but all in all would 100% rent again. Thank you. ##### Lauren D. These accommodations were perfect for my girl's trip. We went to the Tennis Hall of Fame and were able to walk easily to the Club and dinner at night. Apartment space was clean and comfortable. We loved the different outdoor seating options and the well equipped kitchen. The only downside is no on-site parking which must be challenging during high season. After Oct. 1, it's easier but we still had to park a few blocks away when returning in the evening. Nonetheless, the location is convenient to anything you might want to do! ##### Denise G.
