This rental exceeded our expectations. It’s the first time we have rented and found that the pictures online did not do the house justice. The photos made the house look small, which was fine, but when we arrived it was surprisingly spacious. The location was ideal! It is literally one block away from the action, yet quiet at night. We brought six 16 year old girls. The location felt safe in every way. The house is fully equipped. There were kid toys, board games and baby furniture - anything you need, it’s there. The backyard is beautiful. In addition to all of this, the communication and consideration of the owners was wonderful. They even set up a cupcake order for our granddaughter (and her friends) to pick up for her birthday. We have rented a lot of homes.
