The property was according to the listing and photos. The location is perfect for enjoying all Newport has to offer. The apartment, however, is directly above a restaurant that serves breakfast (a delicious breakfast, I might add), requiring them to arrive, accept deliveries, and begin cooking and serving before 6 am making it VERY difficult to sleep. Additionally, the resident of the apartment above has a very heavy step - of no fault of the property manager or owner, but potential guests should be aware. Finally, guests should be aware that this is an old building. Some windows are drafty. It would have been helpful to have an extra blanket or two. We ended up using the beach towels that were provided. Pack sleeping attire accordingly. Besides limited lighting in the kitchen and a leaking faucet in one bathroom, the house was acceptable. ##### Jennifer M.
