The location is definitely great, 5-20 min walk to anything in the Newport downtown area. The place works well for a couple. Couple things to note:It is an old building and feels old, it’s decorated cute but don’t expect squeaky clean and modernized. Parking will cost you 40 per night but is conveniently located. The outside entrance could use some lighting, it’s very dark at night on the side of the house where you enter. We enjoyed our stay but would have wanted a larger place for more than 3 days.
