This home away from home features a gourmet kitchen accented by granite counters, stainless steel appliances and it's fully stocked with cookware; making it an ideal venue for entertaining family, friends and other guests while visiting the City by the Sea. All three bedrooms feature queen size beds, flat screen TVs and en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, this residence features in home laundry, Wi-Fi, Cable and parking for two vehicles. This home is located within walking distance to everything downtown Newport has to offer and is only a short drive to local beaches and sites. \*\*\*Cancellation Policy\*\*\*Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows.
