This ‘builder owned’, lovingly maintained Victorian cottage resides on a quiet side street in an estate neighborhood. Idyllically located just a few minutes to the Easton’s Beach, Cliff Walk, Bellevue Ave. and everything Downtown Newport has to offer. Comfortably furnished throughout, this five bedroom, three full bath home has been configured to maximize space with three levels of living. The main floor features an open living space with hardwood floors and an updated/large kitchen with stainless appliances. The bedroom on this floor could be converted to a dining room or office if tenant wishes. Outside, enjoy the pleasures of a cozy front porch, ample yard space and pretty gardens. Plenty of off street parking, utilities included, and pets negotiable. Offered:
