2 bedrom tastefully furnished living space adjoined to our home is clean and comfortable. You will have your own private entrance. Quiet neighborhood conveniently located just 1 block from Bellevue Ave., you will be in walking distance to Cliff Walk, beach, dining, shopping, and harbor front. We are a stone's throw from The International Tennis Hall of Fame and less than a mile from most of the mansions. This lovely apartment includes washer and dryer, has two bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 full with adjustable base), 1 bathroom, living room, and kitchenette equipped with all conveniences. Bathroom shower is newly redone with glass doors and detachable shower head. Off street parking for one car is provided and three air conditioners will keep you comfortable. It is a second and third floor area but easily accessible with electric stair chair. The yard is available with table, chairs, and small charcoal grill. And, we have a lovely small fishpond with koi! Our visitors have been giving us high marks for the great location plus overall cleanliness and comfort of our property. Please check us out!

Everything about our stay was excellent! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable and had all you need- down to the q tips, comfy clean sheets and towels and well equipped kitchen ! We stayed for four nights and would feel comfortable staying for a much longer stay. The location is extremely convenient. Barbara was a wonderful host. Even with extremely wet weather we had for a portion of our stay, the home was comfortable enough to enjoy every moment of our vacation. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great property, and close to everything we needed to get to. Great kitchen, never have seen so many items in a kitchen in any rental period. As close to home as it gets. Rental was spotless, beds comfortable, linens and bath towels and cloths very nice. Could not ask for a better place and better host. We will be back for sure.

Great place!

This was a great place for our family to stay! It was a great location and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The house was nice… very clean and they had everything we needed. Barbara was great to work with and was very helpful with recommendations on things to do!

Great Location

Our stay was great at Newport. Our VRBO was perfect location for walking to Newport Harbor, beaches and cliff walk. The other part that was great about this location was the grocery store less then a block away.

Great time in Newport~

My sister and I went for our annual sister's weekend away and absolutely loved Newport. The apartment was conveniently located and very clean. We loved it and would definitely rent again if we visit Newport in the future.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for several days. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and located within walking distance of mansions, downtown shops, restaurants and the Newport Harbor, as well as one block away from a grocery store. We highly recommend this property.

Quiet location With everything we needed

We had a great stay and walked everywhere. Stop and shop supermarket, sushi and pizza place right around the corner where a big plus. Very quiet road with no through traffic. Would definitely recommend to stay with Barbara!

Fantastic stay in Newport

We have spent several weeks and long weekends in Newport and this house was one of the most comfortable and perfectly located. The space is very nice with everything you would need. The off street parking is extremely helpful. The location cannot be beat. It’s walking distance to town, the Cliff Walk, 1st Beach, and the mansions.

Lovely Stay In Newport

The pictures do not do this place justice! It looks so nice my in-laws thought we were staying in a hotel. It is incredibly clean and pretty, as well as in a very walkable location, with all the amenities you need for a great stay in newport! Thank you Barbara (who is truly so kind)!

This above garage apartment was delightful. It was very clean, comfortable and roomy. There are two sets of stairs -one to level with large kitchen and living area and one to the level with two bedrooms and bath. The stairs are equipped with stairway chairs and they were very useful in getting the suitcase up. There is a grocery at the end of the street. It's a nice area to walk or run. There are so many things to do in Newport you will enjoy exploring.

Newport Jazz Fest

Barbara was so easy to work with - she responded very quickly and provided super helpful info to make our stay perfect. Barbara’s apartment is beautiful, spotless, very quiet, and so comfy! Great house!

We really enjoyed this house and the location. We have family in Newport and the location was central to each family! The chair for the stairs made it so easy for my elderly mom to get to the second and third floors. Such a great feature with stairs! The owners were so nice and helpful with any requests! The house is quiet and on a very quiet street. Great house for a small family!!
