The condo can accommodate up to 4 guest with a King bed in the Master Bedroom and comfortable Queen Size Pull-Out in the Living Room. There is not a reserved parking spot associated with the condo but there is a large public parking lot located directly adjacent to the home. The cost from May-October is $20 per day $30 overnight. Parking from November-April is free. The location in PERFECT for a short visit to Newport, literally 100' from the center of Thames Street. We walked to shopping, restaurants, a harbor tour, and St. Michaels church (Kennedy wedding site). The Breakers were less than a 10 minute drive. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed.
