Multi Family home / Shared Space This is a duplex home with two units onsite, and you will have access to both units during your stay. The first unit includes the entire ground level plus half of the second level. The second unit is fully located upstairs. All bedrooms are situated on the second level. Please note that there are no views from the bedrooms.
Air-Conditioning This home does not have Central Air. (1) Freestanding AC unit is provided in the living room in the upstairs unit only
Parking Details Parking for 3 Vehicles included. (1) in garage and (2) in driveway. -All vehicles parked in the driveway must NOT exceed 15 ft 4 inches in length. If the vehicle protrudes beyond the length of 15 ft 4 inches the city of Newport Beach parking division will issue a parking ticket which you will be responsible for.
Laundry This Home does not include a washer or dryer (there is a laundromat nearby)

It was unbelievable to step off the patio on to the beach and just a quick walk to the ocean. The views were awesome! We had a great experience with this property.
