Each home has UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEWS, OUTDOOR PATIO, GARAGE PARKING, and DO NOT SHARE WALLS! Together these homes sleep 12 each with 1 Queen, 2 Singles, and a Full size pullout couch. Each has its own SMART TV, WiFi, Propane BBQ, washer and dryer (shared), Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Umbrella. Home managed by Tower 17 Properties located in Newport Beach CA. The space This property is centrally located on 17th Street between the Balboa and Newport Beach piers. You can walk or ride bikes to anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach. For those of you with kids, Balboa Park is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.
