Had everything we needed and then some. The beach is 2 minutes by foot, bars, restaurants and shopping 5 minutes on foot. Everything you need within a half a mile. Beds were comfortable, property very clean, furnishings very nice. We will definitely be back! Avante was excellent and always ahead of us with communication. Thank you very much! ##### Kelley C. The location was fantastic for the beach, activities in Newport Beach and Huntington Beach. The property was so, so clean and organized. The kitchen was well-equipped. I really appreciated the washer/dryer. The air conditioning made nights extra comfortable. The rental has a garage which was epic as street parking can be tight. But the host also made sure my car was registered with the city so I could park on the street if convenient. I appreciated that the host was attentive but also gave me my privacy.
