This property is located in Balboa between 9th & 10th St. between Newport and Balboa Piers. You can walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.

For those of you with kids, The nearby Bay beach is perfect for families. Marina Park is just a few streets away with a giant Grass area to hang out at making this home an ideal location for families.

Air-Conditioning
This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.

Parking Details
(1) Garage Parking Spot Provided in a 2 car shared garage. Each unit has (1) designated parking spot.

Laundry
Laundry Facilities are shared.Please be courteous and respectful when using this shared space. Be mindful of other guests' schedules and remove items promptly.

Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbour Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
