This 4 bedroom, 2 bath upper unit oversized deck with another private enclosed deck on the back for family fun! The location of this home is ideal being just steps away from the sand and many local favorites.

-Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.
-No parties or gatherings.
-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
