It is modern, fresh, clean and packed with amenities. We loved being minutes from the beach (a short walk), boats, food and drink. We also liked that we were on a small, quiet street. The location is great with easy access to the harbor and ocean beaches. The technology was a little challenging at first but after awhile it was manageable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living room had comfortable seating and a large TV for relaxing in the evenings. The property was so cute and very clean. There was a lot of attention to detail to make it cozy. We loved how close it was to the beach/restaurants. We absolutely loved the outside patio area where our 4 year old loved to take her toys and play. Ron was very pleasant to communicate with and made our stay enjoyable! Only things to note in case it matters to you: there is another property above you so you can hear the other tenants sometimes, you share the garage, and you share the washer/dryer. Salt pepper, cooking oil was there& enough plates & silverware…dishwasher was a little finicky but usually did the job. Very nice to have a shared garage & private patio.
