This is a terrific property. Extremely clean, well furnished, with great amenities - - located perfectly just 1 block from the beach and restaurants in the quieter end of Balboa peninsula. Host was terrific - responded quickly and graciously to all of our inquiries. Check in and check out processes were seamless. We would eagerly book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very clean and cozy. Beds are comfortable and linens are soft and abundant. Proximity to bay and beach makes this a great rental location. The pier and restaurants are minutes away. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was perfect. The house was very comfortable, inviting and a good setup. We enjoyed the location and had no issues during our stay. The only trouble that we had was parking in the garage. The entry is limited and there was a large (trashed) appliance in the alley during our stay. We had to move it in order to park. The floors could have been cleaner. Overall, our stay was good, and I would recommend this home.
