Heavenly storybook home on balboa island close to everything including the bayfront! Marine Ave. shops and restaurants are right outside your door including world class restaurants and shops. Great location

Just a half block from water and shops and restaurants the location was perfect. Plenty of space but lacking nicer touch’s that are expected when you pay this kind of price for a vacation place. TV was small, blurry and internet buffed about every 5 minutes. Sparsely supplied for a beach rental. Garage was great as parking is crazy. No information by owner about passwords or things like no street parking on Monday.
