Our home includes Smart TV, WiFi, In-Home Fireplace, Outdoor Fire-pit, BBQ, Washer & Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella, etc Home professionally managed by Tower 17 Properties located in Newport Beach CA. ​​​​​​​This home is beautifully remodeled and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. The lower level has direct access to the oceanfront patio equipped with a 6 seat patio table for family dinners and an outdoor sofa/patio lounge with a propane fire pit for the cool afternoons spent enjoying one of our many beautiful California Sunset.
