We had so much fun staying at this beautiful property on Balboa Island. It is tastefully decorated, and has a great living room window that opens up so you have indoor & outdoor space to enjoy. The bedrooms were also very comfortable with nice beds, and decorated nicely as well. It’s in a great location and an easy walk to get groceries and/or the beach and activities. Not Well Managed This is a nice property but feels like not being managed well. It was not well clean (floors were sandy when we arrived so we swiftered it). There was no instructions provided for any services. It was apparent garbage had not been taken out for some time and no communication on when to take it out or where to take it. The shared garage is super tight. Strange smell in the master bedroom, maybe from the W/D. No door on the master bath so no privacy for it.
