I was told that it cannot be replaced because the space is too narrow to move it out or some such excuse. The kitchen has a plywood panel that is covering something but it looks really bad. The dishwasher doesn’t drain properly, there were wet bowls in the pantry when we arrived and there are cracks in the floor tiles in the bathroom. The location is perfect and there is plenty of hot water for showers. Washer and dryer work well. Had a pack n play for my 2 year old which was so nice not to worry about bringing. Enough beds for our whole family with space to spare. Tons of extras in the garage. We all loved the bikes, boogie boards, sand toys and being able to wash towels and clothes was a huge plus! We really enjoyed the location of the home. The kitchen is very practical with washing machine and lots of dishes. There is a washer and dryer in the garage that work well. There are lots of beach toys in the garage which is also really nice. The bedrooms were clean and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, the indoor parking space was filled by another car on one of the days. And the door to the garage cannot be locked which does not make sense since we were responsible for the toys in the garage. Also I think the cleaning rules are too much considering that we were charged over 200 $ for "fees" and cleaning fee. ##### Amir D.
