Lower Mill Apartment is a one bed apartment catering for a maximum of 2 guests. Bright spacious lounge with a smart TV and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with door leading to the enclosed rear garden. A family bathroom with shower over the bath completes the comfortable accommodation. Street parking. Large sized fully enclosed rear garden, which is shared with our apartment on the first floor. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ On street parking Bins are located in the rear garden, please sort and recycle your waste Please note the house is non-smoking. You will be issued with £100 fine for smoking inside or smoking from an open window. If you smoke outside please dispose of the cigarette ends in an appropriate manner and do not throw on the footpath. Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property.
